7 Essential Oils To Help You Fight The Common Cold

We like to think that “cold season” only happens in the winter, but turns out, a respiratory infection can hit any time of year. If you’re prone to head colds, sinus infections, or just the plain old rhinovirus aka the “common cold”, there’s an essential oil to help with all of your symptoms. Whether you prefer aromatherapy, oil burners, or steam inhalation, there’s no wrong way to find relief. Here are our favorite essential oils to help clear out your sinuses, help you breathe a little easier, and kick that cold to the curb!

1. Lavandin Essential Oil

With it’s antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, Lavandin can help you fight germs and boost your immune system. Add to a diffuser, warm bath, or make a homemade vapor rub.

2. Peppermint Essential Oil
